- No medical exp required, full product training & induction provided
- Support a team of elite Sales Reps, & liaise directly with surgical teams
- Based in Mt Albert, direct access to public transport, cafes & shopping centres
The Role
Based at the NZ headquarters, you will be based within a customer service team of 6. Supporting an elite sales team, you will engage with hospitals NZ-wide to coordinate end to end product orders and deliveries, ensuring that medical theatres are fully equipped to perform scheduled surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Respond and process queries/orders for critical cases via phone and email from sales reps and charge nurses
- Maintain an end to end overview of the stages of clients’ product queries; from initial enquiry to delivery
- Liaise with multiple teams internally and externally to ensure the correct information is provided at every step of the process in a timely, detailed manner
- Check orders before dispatch to ensure demonstration equipment and loan kits are complete
- Update and Ensure the system is up to date by entering accurate information re inventory, orders and product queries
Skills & Experience
- Your interest in the medical field and technical aptitude will assist you in learning the product range and how it fits together
- Highly organised and detailed in your approach, you will ensure the process is followed to a high level of compliancy
- Dedication, passion and motivation will drive you to go the extra mile to deliver crucial products to theatres
- Excellent communication skills will enable you to communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
- You will thrive in a fast paced environment , flexible and adaptable to an ever changing environment and changing prioritise
- Experience using Propeller will be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided on all systems
