The role. This outbound sales position is responsible for the successful execution of customer contact campaigns. You will be calling existing customers to upsell and cross sell additional products that they don’t already subscribe to. Day to day you will:
- Sell to and support customers whilst maintaining a positive service experience
- Create and identify sales opportunities
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM
- Be proactive and take initiative in your role

The hours: Rotational rosters Monday – Saturday between 10am – 8pm (flexibility for any time during these hours required – roster provided in advance)

You; the skills checklist:
- Proven outbound sales experience in a contact centre environment
- Gift of the gab – excellent communication skills
- A valid work visa for at least one year
- Clear criminal record
- 2 positive references
- The ability to overcome objections and think creatively
