Role:
This role will be working Monday to Friday, rotating hours between 8.30am to 7pm. You will be managing a team of up to 12 people.
This role will see you, but not be limited to:
- On the job coaching and development
- Build and lead a high performing team
- Staff management and development
- Maintain and promote company values
- Take responsibility and accountability for your team
- Drive a high level of customer service and service delivery
- Support and influence service delivery and customer expectations
- Manage role administration

The Ideal Candidate:

- Have a curious and intuitive mindset
- Motivated by career growth
- Resilient and takes initiative
- Great verbal and written communication
