Being responsible for building key relationships with our customers, and to support and grow in data acquisition efficiency, to provide solutions responses to enquiries, concerns and requests in relation to our CoreLogic Products and customer needs.

Working in a team but also independently is critical to meeting and exceeding company and client objectives and needs and working with in finding solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Pro-active outbound calling to acquire data, and build rapport and relationships with clients
  • Direct communication and correspondence (inbound and outbound) via telephony, emails, live chats, in a friendly and professional manner
  • Promotion and support of company branding using pro-active techniques, with the implementation of campaigns, promotions and initiatives
  • Being able to maintain, manage and identify prospects, opportunities, and to support our customers, offering solutions and resolutions
  • Develop and manage tasks to meet  and achieve timeframes, targets and requirements
  • Conduct client or market surveys as required in order to obtain information about clients
  • Manage and maintain update and feedback reports
  • Carry out bespoke requests
  • Effective management of call backs and follow ups by utilising the tools available
  • Objection handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain internal relationships and communication within various departments and stakeholders across the business, to ensure coordinated approach to feedback and opportunities
  • Analyse results and feedback to assist with planning of strategies and recommend strategies alongside Product, Sales managers and Marketing
  • Attention to detail and quality of data entry is accurate and entered into systems correctly

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in an inbound/outbound, customer relations and services with KPI/Target orientated environment
  • Strong phone etiquette and confidence
  • Excellent and clear verbal and written communicator
  • Sound knowledge with Microsoft products and CRM systems
  • Understanding of MS Excel/Tableau preferred, not essential
  • Positive “can do” attitude with energy and a lot of enthusiasm.
  • Team player and self-sufficient and motivator
  • Flexible, adaptive and quick learner in fast paced environment
  • Understanding of Real Estate terminology (preferred)
