The newly created position of Sales and Operations Manager requires:
- Being the first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Developing customer relationships focusing on achieving customer satisfaction and growing sales.
- Financial management and planning – preparing budgets, monitoring cashflow, and handling day to day finances.
- Day to day running of the Company’s office and business.
- Developing and managing the Company’s marketing program, including updating website.
- Developing and managing the Company’s compliance requirements including OHS and local body building regulations.
- Management of production staff.
- Ability to work with a small management team.
- Managing stock.
- Implementing Board strategy.
- Reporting to the Board.
