Wilderness are looking for someone to deliver the holiday of our guest's dreams by turning their email, chat or phone enquiries into acustomer experience that surpasses expectations, whilst also hitting sales targets. Your passion for NZ will shine through in designing an experience of a lifetime in our dream machines.

Along with energy, initiative and a 'can-do' attitude, you'll have:

3 -5 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in the luxury area.
Customer-service oriented attitude and strong sales focus
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and knack for systems
A passion for continuous improvement with a commitment to processes
