Role Responsibilities:
- Quickly establish rapport with customers
- Identify customers’ needs in order to close sales
- Resolve queries and provide relevant information
- Meet performance KPIs

Successful Candidates Will Have:
- Self-motivation to challenge yourself and hit targets!
- An outgoing and likeable personality with great communication skills
- Enthusiasm to grow your career within well-known organizations
- NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Either be a graduate OR have previous call centre OR strong face to face customer service/sales experience
- Ideally a clear NZ credit and criminal check
