Your Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a National Fields Sales Manager to lead the Nestle NZ National field sales team. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will work with the national business plan for the agreed Channel/ Customers/Distributor plans and activities at the Point-of-Purchase, you will deliver operational excellence and lead and direct field operations nationally. Working closely with Field Sales Managers in each region, you will ensure business plans, targets and activity is communicated effectively to the field. You will build effective customer relationships, and ensure the field are focused on the activity that best translates to category growth and success within the channel.
 
About You
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and professional sales person to work nationally to achieve business results. The successful candidate will possess the ability to build strong internal and external relationships, have exceptional people management experience, and possess strong planning and organisational skills.  They will be a self-motivated inspiring leader and will display excellent problem solving and communication skills. 
An excellent opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to step up to the next challenge, or an experienced National Account Manager to transition to senior field operations.
 
To be considered for this role, you will have extensive knowledge of field management, and account management experience. Ideally degree qualified you will have at least 5 years' experience in the FMCG industry. You will have strong initiative, be focused on delivering results & be driven to develop a career in sales management.
