Company
This reputable Insurance company has been rapidly growing in NZ over the past year. They would love to bring on board many more dynamic, ambitious Sales Agents to join their fun, hard-working and success driven team within their call centre.
There are full time permanent and fixed term contracts available. Positions are open to all NZ Citizens or Residents and anyone on a Work Visa (which must have a minimum of 8 months left on it before it expires).
About the role
You’ll be utilizing your already top notch sales techniques and charming personality to close sales over the phone to NZ based customers. You’ll be assisted by a dedicated Lead Generation team so you can focus on making calls to customers who have already heard about the business.
No weekend work! You’ll be working a 37.5 hour week and must be available to work between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday.
Duties
- Conducting high volume outbound sales calls
- Work towards KPIs and complay with interal policies and procedures
- Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Escalate enquiries and complaints across internal teams
