We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and recruit top professional Digital and IT talent for our customers. As strategic and innovative networking are critical aspects to this position, your primary functions will be, but not limited to:
-Completing the recruitment cycle from posting positions to screening resumes to conducting detailed interviews
- Developing and implementing new recruitment strategies
- Identify and source candidates through a network of resources for existing and future client requirements.
- Develop a strong base of candidates by conducting detailed interviews and reference checks
- Provide exceptional candidate care
- Work closely with your team to ensure that “right candidates” are delivered on time and meet client quality and value expectations
- Provide ongoing valuable advice and recommendations to your team of consultants

Skills and Experience required:
- Extensive experience of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Hold a track record of demonstrated recruiting success
- Experience of partnering with IT/Technology organisations or departments is an advantage
- Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media and internet searches
- Ability to build long-term and trusting business relationships with your team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Team oriented
- Exceptional influencing skills
