The purpose of your role:
Assisting the Quality Manager in supporting the development, improvement and implementation of the Quality, Health and Safety to promote continuous improvement and minimise risk. This position is responsible for the document control and document change management process
You'll be doing:
- Ensuring that quality, health & safety documents are managed correctly
- Identify documents requiring review and work with managers to ensure reviews are completed
- Manage quality document section of senior management meeting agenda
- Maintain document register, document review schedule and document numbering system
- Maintain electronic quality manuals
- Type, format and amend documents
- Manage contractor health and safety records, policies and permits to ensure compliance
- Back up the Executive Assistant when required
To thrive in this role you'll have:
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Experience in document control including typing and collation and controlling document management systems
- An enthusiastic, can do attitude
- Warm and empathetic
- Take ownership of the role
- Problem solving skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Clean NZ driver licence
