This is a great opportunity for an experienced volume recruiter to get exposure to the transport industry
Primarily you will be responsible for working in conjunction with HR in the ongoing high volume end to end recruitment of our bus drivers for our training school and our urban and coach driver pools.
If you have come from the volume recruitment industry and have already gained exposure to other HR activities this would be an advantage along with -
- A strength in using all MS office suite is essential
- Innovation in sourcing resources is essential as is
- Comfortability around using all forms of social media
You will be highly focused, energised and act with urgency, curiosity and creativity will be your core strengths.
