Life Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Superstar to join our Temporary Services Division.  There are two parts to this great opportunity.  First is working with our Little Life brand building the business of placing Qualified and Unqualified reliever teachers in Early Childhood Centres and the second is building our commercial recruitment side with our Preston and Blythe brand.  This is a fabulous opportunity to get your hands into two different parts of the business with great rewards.
  
This varied role will see you juggling all aspects of the recruitment process - from sourcing qualified talented people and placing them in roles that best fit their skills to seeking out new clients and growing existing relationships. It is like running your own business within a business, the opportunities to grow are endless.

About you:
·         2 years recruitment experience
·         Great presentation
·         Excellent business development skills
·         Able to think outside the square
·         Excellent communication
·         Professional and confident
·         Able to build strong lasting relationships
·         Strong organised and time management skills
·         Able to work independently
·         Self-motivated
