We are looking for someone with a solid background in recruitment and /or sales.
What will you be doing?
- Providing effective recruitment solutions to clients and candidates
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities
You will need to have:
- A track record of delivering on KPIs
- Experience working within a process-driven environment
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven ability to build positive and effective relationships
- Resilience, drive, perseverance and confidence in your abilities
- Evidence of being commercially savvy
- Previous experience coordinating people would be advantageous
