We are looking for experienced HR Administrators and Coordinators for a variety of Permanent, and Temporary roles with some of our clients. 

Our clients are looking for candidates with strong attention to detail, good Microsoft Office skills and previous experience in:

  • Preparing letters of offer and employment agreements
  • Being the point of contact for the HR team for the organisation 
  • Providing administration support to the HR team 
  • Maintaining policies and procedures and relevant forms 
  • Uploading job vacancies on the intranet, web and managing the flow of job applications

In order to hit the ground running, you will need to be a quick thinker who can juggle multiple priorities at once. You must have previous HR Admin experience, a high level of attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and you will naturally be someone who thrives in a fast paced environment.
