Due to continued growth, we are looking for the right person to join our busy and successful Christchurch consulting team.
A significant proportion of our assignments are in the areas of executive search and executive recruitment and as such, backgrounds in these disciplines are desirable. Alternatively, a more generalist HR/executive skillset is also of interest to us, encompassing areas such as leadership and organisational development - along with a passion for recruitment. The role requires the ability to forge long-term business partnerships, display excellent commercial judgement and become a trusted advisor to our clients.
Applicants will ideally possess previous consulting or practical HR and recruitment experience, be tertiary qualified and possess the communication and relationship management skills essential for success.
