Positive People is an established HR Consultancy providing proven professional, practical HR leadership and support to mainly medium sized businesses in New Zealand. Successfully operating for 23 years, we bring a partnership approach to HR. We believe we make a positive difference to the clients we support, understand their organisations well, are focused on their success and enjoy what we do.
We are growing and need a professional HR person who can deliver across the full HR spectrum. We would also want you to be experienced and enjoy training and development work. We are looking for an outgoing person who shares our values and loves HR as much as we do.

You will have good generalist HR experience at a mid to senior level and be able to hold your own at all levels. You will be comfortable making decisions and have a proven track record of giving sound advice and implementing solutions which support organizational goals and improve productivity and engagement. You will be confident both facilitating and leading training in group situations. You will understand the challenges that HR brings. You will be keen to always make a committed, positive and meaningful difference in your work.
Inter-personally skilled and with a desire to grow with and contribute to the business, this will suit you if you like variety.
