Overview
Solutions-thinking and the ability to develop effective relationships with managers and staff at all levels are key elements towards success in this exciting role, which supports HR business partnering across multiple North Island sites.
Strengths in employment relations, including change and talent development expertise, will add tangible value to the evolving needs of the business. Additional elements will include delivery of projects, across both operations and corporate business units. This organisation is professional, but not corporate and requires pragmatic solutions to people issues.
Person
A solid foundation of experience across the full HR remit is needed, with expertise and interest in ER and operational HR. Your style is genuine, real and business-focused with the ability to work at pace.
