Are you a strong HR generalist looking for a 12 month contract opportunity? Our client is a well-established global business with a proud history.
Reporting to the business unit HR Business Partner, you will support a specific portfolio and provide operational support to you respective Managers and Team Leaders who are based at multiple sites across the North Island. You will have the opportunity to spend time at each site and build relationships with your key stakeholders.
This is a generalist HR role that has scope to be moulded based upon your specific skills and interests, however strength and experience in in Employment Relations and managing a case load of work is essential. We’re looking for candidates who can coach, advise and support people leaders, as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
