We are looking for a Generalist HR practitioner with experience in ER to manage day to day issues, and also coaching managers so they have the capability to deal with these issues themselves. Working with a blue collar workforce, mostly within a manufacturing and logistics environment, we would need someone who can build relationships quickly, including with the union.
Other projects will include upskilling and developing leaders on ER, Recruitment, and providing support during change.
