About the role
We are looking for a skilled HR professional, passionate about providing excellence across our diverse organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do. Based in Auckland with support from Wellington, you'll be focused on delivering both strategic and operational HR support in partnership with senior and operational management teams.
Skills and experience
- Strong generalist HR expertise
- Experience in working both at strategic and operational levels
- Skilled at translating vision into action
- Ability to apply commercial acumen to a social enterprise environment
- Experience in building strong leadership capability through mentoring and people programmes
- Skilled in sourcing in challenging employment markets
