We’re seeking an HR Advisor to join our central Auckland office. You will report into the HR Manager and work closely with our operational leaders to deliver exceptional HR support. The role is ‘hands on’ and you will get involved with a range of different HR initiatives and challenges.

You’ll be responsible for;

• Providing operational HR Support for Helloworld New Zealand across all our divisions.
• Delivering generalist advice on areas such as Employee Relations, Recruitment, Performance Management and Change Management.
• Producing all HR documentation and HR Reports for NZ.
• Working collaboratively with the HR team to deliver organisational wide people related projects

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a varied HR role including ER, Recruitment, Performance Management, Employment Law.
• Good ER experience and sound knowledge of Employment Law.
• Highly effective communication style.
• Team player, with ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong Problem solving and influencing skills
• Proficient with excel, word.
