We are currently looking for a Resourcer to join our Accounting and Finance team in our Wellington office.

Your new role

• Sourcing new candidates via a multitude of channels and conducting thorough interviews
• Writing ads to attract the best candidates for Accounting and Finance related roles
• Providing excellent service delivery to your portfolio of established relationships
• Liaising with a Senior Consultant to brief them on the best candidates in the market
• Updating the database and adhering to compliance
• Proactively reaching all your KPI’s and targets to achieve the best outcomes
• Working collaboratively with your team to reach team goals
