Company background:
Our client is a global digital media agency with a strong offering in the Auckland market. They have recently won a large new client, and in response are seeking a talented Programmatic Manager to welcome into their friendly, passionate and exciting team.
  
Position Overview:
You will be an experienced programmatic specialist charged with overseeing all aspects of performance display and programmatic media delivery. As well, you will be responsible for developing your direct reports. Your programmatic and communication skills need to be in top shape, as you will be required to educate clients and internal staff on why programmatic and social media advertising are so important! This is an incredible opportunity to join a team 100% invested in your learning and development in the programmatic area.

You will report to the Programmatic Director, and will also manage an executive underneath you.

Required Capabilities:  
Ideally you will have 3+ years of experience in a digital role, and will have the programmatic knowledge to not only carry out accurate programmatic work but also educate novices as to why they should utilise programmatic

Required qualifications and or technology stack:
  • Experience with Google AdWords, Facebook, YouTube, DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) and related platforms is preferable
  • Strong Programmatic media eco-system knowledge
  • Experience with a Demand Side Platform (DSP)
  • Certified with Google Fundamentals and Advance Display is an advantage
