We're on the search for a new energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, super passionate individual to join the Lightbox Content team in a game-changing role in the NZ television industry.

About Lightbox

Lightbox is forging the path in online TV in New Zealand and changing the way New Zealander's watch TV. Relatively new to the market, we're fast gaining ground and becoming a force to be reckoned with! Lightbox operates independently within Spark as a standalone media business. We're about thinking big and acting bold, identifying challenges early and continuously adapting whilst having fun and acting in an open, honest and transparent way.

About the role:

You will be responsible for driving the Content function for Lightbox including:

• Providing vision and strategy to map out the content roadmap
• Understanding target audiences through deep customer insight to drive the content strategy forward and informing content acquisition decisions
• Day to day contact with studios
• Content curation on site and within wider Lightbox comms
• Working collaboratively with the Lightbox business to keep content front and centre of what we do
• Measuring success and content ROI

We'd be keen to talk to you if:

• You have at least 5 years experience in programming or managing content with some exposure to marketing and insights.
• Are able to apply a commercial lens to content decisions / strategy
• You have excellent attention to detail with a passion for TV and movies.
• You build relationships easily and love interaction with customers, team members and other stakeholders
• You enjoy problem solving and are prepared to 'muck in' when required.
• Great communication skills working with the marketing, operations, product and insights teams.
• You will also be experienced at dealing with, reporting to and presenting to management and executives.
