Based in Henderson, West Auckland, Grinding Gear Games is searching for a full-time Console Producer to join our team.

This role involves:

• Supervising the production of content updates for the console version of Path of Exile.

• Managing the console team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

• Testing console updates and features to find problems.

• Communicating these problems to the development team through our issue tracking software.

• Following up on the state of these problems and working with developers to resolve them.

• Checking candidates of content updates and patches for problems by going through checklists.

• Communicating with external publishers and internal stakeholders.

• Entering in and maintaining data related to product management within external publisher tools.

You should have these Hard Requirements:

• One year of experience in a game production role.

• 1000 hours of experience with our game, Path of Exile. Our game is extremely complicated and production roles require vast experience with all aspects of the game. While there is some training, it is vital that you already fully understand the game itself in order to apply for this role.

• Have experience testing computer software products.

• Have shipped at least one console game.

• Have extensive experience with a variety of computer games.

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, in any field.
