Newshub is our new multi-platform TV, radio and digital news service, operating 24/7. Our focus is on providing the latest, most up-to-date news, in-depth coverage, breaking alerts and more, with a strong emphasis on digital, servicing web, mobile devices and social media. It’s your news, now.
Our Digital team is expanding and we're looking for a Digital News Producer to join our Newshub team in our new purpose-built offices. Working closely with reporters and the assignment desk, this role will see you producing and publishing content online, through mobile and social media platforms. Through the use of accurate storytelling, and the creative use of text, stills, video and graphics, you’ll create engaging content to ensure that Newshub is the fastest and the best digital news destination.
If you get 20 notifications on your smartphone every time something big happens you’re probably who we are looking for. You will you possess sound editorial judgement, demonstrate excellent practical skill with content management systems, photo and video editing software and have the drive to be the top of a competitive market.
