What will you do?
As a key member of the Projects and Change team you will be responsible for the specification and development of initiatives and enhancements on specific projects and initiatives. You will understand business change needs, assess the impact of those changes, capture, analyse and document requirements and stories, and then lead the communication of the delivery of those requirements with relevant teams.
You will work with key stakeholders across the business, playing a critical role in ensuring the project and change elements are identified, well documented, processes followed and risk minimised.
Initially you will predominantly be working across a large core systems replacement project.
Your background:
- Previous experience as a Senior BA
- Experience of working in complex IT and business change projects
- Experience working on large system upgrade projects
- Use of JIRA nad Confluence
- Strong experience in Agile methodologies and practices
