Due to an increase in project workload, my client needs an additional experienced project coordinator with a proven track record to support the delivery of a range of ICT projects in their complex environment.
Although this is initially a 3-6 month contract extensions are possible.
You will have a variety of responsibilities including assisting project managers with project schedules, financials, risks and issues, meetings and reviews, and writing business cases. This will mean establishing strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
The organisation uses Prince 2 across all business and ICT projects and the successful applicant is expected to be knowledgeable in this framework and ideally in the use of Planview.
Also essential to your success will be:
Holding an existing security clearance, ideally Secret Vetting (SV).
Demonstration of experience supporting business and ICT projects in a large organisation.
Demonstration of strong stakeholder relationships in complex environments.
To achieve security clearance you should be a New Zealand citizen who has resided in New Zealand continuously for at least ten years.
