About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will have either very complex or multiple products, solutions or projects within the overall program and will be accountable for leading, coaching, supporting and enabling a team of skilled resources in the art of delivering and developing enterprise class software and systems utilising either agile practices in the shortest sustainable lead time.
What differentiates the role of Senior Project Manager is proven experience working with large teams, able to coach and mentor your team in agile delivery practices. You will have the ability to deal with and deliver complex, large scale, high risk or strategic outcomes within a large scaled enterprise organisation.
Skills required
- Experience managing Agile Delivery processes in large-scale and complex enterprise settings
- Able to mentor, coach and develop skills in agile delivery practices across your team
- Experience in delivering complex digital products, solutions or projects, breaking down barriers and removing roadblocks for the agile teams
- You’ll be a high performer who is passionate about their team, taking ownership of outcomes and drive strong relationships with technical teams
- Communication and Engagement across the organisation and in particular with key Stakeholders
- Strategic nature with experience working with senior level stakeholders
- Proven experience building Project capability and developing
