Substantial stuff

• 4+ years in a senior systems engineer position or similar.

• Experience in public cloud environments - AWS, G Suite and MS Office 365

• Great networking and security skills including knowledge of Routing, Firewalls, and Wireless

• Strong knowledge in Windows & Linux Server/Client technologies

• Comfortable supporting MacOS and iOS devices

• Excellent written, communication and people skills

• Proven problem solving abilities and success supporting complex networks

• Ability to architect customer solutions

• Lead and manage projects

• Working knowledge of development methodologies and familiar with at least one programming language eg Python, Powershell

• NZ residency and full NZ drivers license

You’re a tech-loving human who excels as a professional engineer and thrives on helping customers with technology. This position will see you providing level 3 managed support, both remotely and on-premise, whilst maintaining effective, responsive communication with clients, teams and partners. You would be a highly valued member of the team, working alongside other Infrastructure Engineers providing managed support services, and server infrastructure and application migrations to the cloud.
