We are looking for an exceptional Platform Engineer/Architect Lead to hit the ground running, to lead the cloud technical team and platform. You will be well versed in key technologies, with vision and the skills to deliver from concept to product, and experience architecting and building distributed platforms with API based integrations.
Ideally, you will be a natural leader with proven experience in a large scale enterprise, hosting company or systems integrator.
You will lead a wide range of responsibilities including;
- Technical Design Lead for systems and systems integrations that underpin Umbrellar
- Product catalogue and billing engine
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud
- App infrastructure; Docker, Kubernetes, Ingress, Monitoring
- Multi-tenant identity & authentication; Azure AD, OAuth 2.0 and SAML
- Platform workflows and process automations
- Platform health and availability
- Support of Customer Web Portal development
- Delivery of Azure, Azure Stack, Office 365 (and future) products to market, alongside Product Manager
- Mentoring the cloud teams and peers on technology and the platform
- Advanced and emergency after hours support where required
