For senior PM's within the banking industry, who have prior experience and track record of delivering compliance projects effectively. 
 
The inside word...

• As a senior contract PM in this organisation you will be expected to work on a variety of projects potentially and have the smarts to change context quickly.
• This organisation has a big pipeline of projects most of which have an element of systems and data, and also multiple compliance/regulatory projects happening concurrently. 

Why you're special...

• You will have the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and be adept at keeping people informed of progress and expectations managed.
• You will be have good strong general project management skills such as project initiation, planning, risk and issue management, budgeting, scoping as well as delivery.  
• You will have prior experience rolling out significant change to staff and customers and working with change manager to prepare for this.
• Prior experience in banking and specifically compliance projects is what we're looking for here, however not always a must.
• Equally comfortable taking the lead on projects from initiation, or coming into mid-flight and time critical projects with established plans.
