We are looking for an experienced Cloud Application Support Analyst with excellent technical skills troubleshooting the user interface of apps and providing outstanding customer support.

 

THE ROLE

You will work as part of a global team and will support customers from all around the world. Within this role you will analyse and diagnose the technical issues for customers, as well as filtering information back through to the product team to improve softwares overall. You will develop technical expertise in various technologies, including User Interface, Authentication, System performance and Mobile Devices, to clarify, verify and solve technical issues. Besides developing technical and product expertise, you will be responsible for collaborating continuously with clients from all around the world on phone, as well as with cross-functional teams.

 

YOU WILL NEED

  • A bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience providing level 2/ level 3 technical support focused on applications
  • Experience in diagnosing application issues from the user interface through to database level
  • Ideally you will have an understanding of Mobile software such as iOS and Android
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Familiar with keeping customers up to date throughout the resolution process
  • Be a quick learner and motivated to learn new systems and technologies
  • Be able to prioritize and manage challenging situations in a fast-paced environment
  • Be able to work between 10 am – 7 pm regularly
