What would I be doing?
Sitting within the Information Systems wider team this role will lead the Service Delivery function across retail, distribution and support office teams, and will include responsibility for management of the IT Service Desk team ensuring that industry best practices are identified, adopted and improved. Included in the IT Leadership team you will be expected to work closely with other teams to balance and prioritise the Service Delivery function.

Specifics include but are not limited to:
  • Ensure timely resolution of IT operational issues
  • Reduction of IT operational risks and definition of solid plans to mitigate them
  • Change Management policies and procedures are up to date and followed
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Vendors and ensuring that they are delivering support services according to their SLAs
  • Ownership of customer service functions within the Information Systems team
  • Reporting of Team performance against Service Level Agreements
  • Assess internal feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Own Change & Problem Management policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the wider IT functions to ensure that IT operational SLAs are maintained.
What do I need?
Success in this role requires senior level experience with a least 7 years in a similar leadership role supporting Information services in a multi site, geographically dispersed retail environment. You will need working knowledge of ITIL across Service Desk, Incident Management and Problem Management. You will also need to demonstrate a history of being customer focused, results orientated, analytical, and display business acumen across the retail sector and project management
