Principal Architect
International Architectural design practice based in Australia and New Zealand seeks a Principal Architect and studio co-leader to help develop Queenstown's built identity and Environment.
- Registered Architect with at least 10 years' working experience
- Queenstown Location
- Natural Design Leader
The Role:
Our client is looking for an expert communicator, strategist and designer to work with the current leadership team to translate local cultural contexts into spaces that connect people and create a sense of belonging.
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals
- Concept Design of Projects
- Reporting to the Board on project progression
Requirements:
- Have an exceptional portfolio that includes projects in the sectors of high-end hotels, hospitality and residential
- A track record of delivering high quality projects
- Be an expert communicator including liaising with stakeholder, community and clients
- Superior Revit skills
- Be a Registered Architect with at least 10 years’ working experience
- Fundamental understanding of good design
- Be a natural leader, both in collaborating with your co-leader and team members
- Help define a new benchmark for Queenstown’s design.
