This locally owned design practice is passionate when it comes to designing high-end residential and commercial projects. This small team of designers comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge which is reflected by their presence and reputation in the market.
Your new role
As a Senior Architectural Designer you will have complete control of your projects giving you the autonomy to manage your workload and daily schedule. To begin with you will be involved with a range of high-end residential projects ranging from $1-4m, enabling you to test your skills and develop your portfolio.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have worked in a similar position as either an intermediate or senior architectural designer within the New Zealand industry. You must be confident in your ability to hit the ground running and tackle any challenges you may face. Experience in using ArchiCAD would be an advantage, although having a Revit background will also be considered. Your ability to communicate efficiently is essential. Preference for an LBP in Design 2-3.
