SEEKING ARCHITECTURAL GRADUATES WITH UPTO 1 YR EXPERIENCE. (TRAINING IS PROVIDED TO RECENT GRADUATES)

Must have relevant Architectural Qualifications.
Must be proficient in REVIT ,(AutoCAD will be beneficial), to be able to draft Residential/Commercial & Industrial projects with speed, accuracy & clarity.
Must be proactive, hardworking, punctual, reliable with honest work ethics.
Must have knowledge OR understanding of NZ Building Code, NZ Standards and NZ Construction & Building Materials.
Must be able to read & understand plans accurately and thoroughly.
Must have excellent communication skills in English, oral & written.
Must have full NZ Drivers Licence.
Must have NZ PR or Citizenship.
Must have the ability to communicate professionally via phone & email.
Must have good organisational skills with the ability to multitask amidst distractions & work well under pressure.
Should have a keen eye for detail & ability to visualize & understand 3D dimensions.
Must be able to work as a team and take & follow instructions accurately.

MUST BE ABLE TO MAKE AN IMMEDIATE START

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble, prepare detail drawings, complete Resource & Building Consent Documentation for Residential, Commercial & Industrial Projects.
• Liaise with Clients, Builders & Consultants.
• Attend site visits and measure sites.
• Work as a team on various projects.
• Prepare Planning Reports.
• To draw & prepare sections, structural details, elevations and drainage plans.
