The company has a number of ongoing property developments,with several more on the horizon.
About the role
The successful applicant will work closely on technical and creative elements of these developments,and will be expected to liaise closely with a number of consultants and professionals to ensure the works are of a high quality.
The applicant will also need to be able to supervise and manage all elements of the development and construction.
Skills and experience
The position requires a high level of technical proficiency, including the ability to prepare detailed plans and sketches and the capacity to apply relevant design features and legal requirements. Because of this,a high level of training in the areas of planning and design is vital. As the position involves landscape design and building design, you will need to have detailed knowledge of these areas.
The position also requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a professional and reliable attitude. The company will be relying on the applicant for protecting its interests throughout the development.
