Your new company
This exciting opportunity has arisen in Christchurch for a Legal Secretary with either New Zealand commercial or family or property experience in a leading Christchurch law firm that has a well respected industry reputation and a commitment to delivering quality professional legal advice and excellent customer service both internally and externally.
Your new role
- Vacancies within commercial or family or property
- 6 month - 12 month fixed term roles
- Prepares high quality legal documentation and correspondence
- Prepares legal reports and presentations as required
- Scans and links all documentation within practice management system
- Reads, monitors, links and responds to partner and author emails where delegated
- Manages author electronic diaries
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in supporting at least 2 authors
- Perform at a high level
- Organised with fantastic time management
- Dictation experience
- Great sense of humour
