With your debt recovery and all round admin experience you will slot easily into this results driven team. You will be responsible for ensuring overdue accounts are collected in a timely and professional manner.
Your ability to be organised, efficient and to work autonomously will be really appreciated here aswell as having loads of initiative and a real "go-getter" attitude.
Although the key part of your role is collections, flexibility is required as you will also be needed to help out with general admin tasks, updating documents etc and covering reception from time to time.
For success you'll need:
• Debt recovery experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Some HR knowledge would be a major plus
• A flexible and willing nature
• The ability to pick up systems quickly.
