We are looking for an Administration and Accounts Manager, a Brand Ambassador and all things in between. We are a global small business with key markets overseas. We’re a wine business with a difference. We produce it, sell it, market it, drink it…
We’re seeking someone who wants to be part of a fast-growing small business, who thrives on being highly organised and involved with a variety of tasks.
Based in Wellington we are highly flexible with hours, days and working from home as well as our office. You will be self-driven, comfortable working alone and happy to chase busy founders and keep them on task!
You will provide Office Admin and Accounts Support, including:
- General office administration including all Company records
- Accounts payable/receivable, month end data, invoicing and order processing
- Co-ordination of tasting staff around the country – locations, hours, bookings
- Managing Xero accounting software – running reports, coding, loading invoices
- Stock reconciliations – held in multiple locations and countries.
- Logistics management – freight and courier, domestic and international
Non-essential but highly valued:
- We would love it if you have an interest in design / social media / presentations with a knowledge of InDesign or similar package
- Brand Ambassador work at events and in-store tastings is part of the role if desired
- Events management.
You will need:
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage your time efficiently
- Excellent computer skills with good Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
- Good writing skills for efficient communication with a variety of audiences
- Knowledge of Xero accounting package
- Export experience desirable

The role is part-time (20 hrs per week), based in Wellington.
