The New Zealand College of Chiropractic has been serving the chiropractic profession, graduating world-best chiropractors for over 20 years. Based in Mt Wellington, Auckland, the College has a worldwide reputation for excellence. 

We are looking for a friendly, approachable and passionate Receptionist/ Administrator that can run our reception area and assist our students and our staff. The hours for this role are 10am-2pm Monday to Friday.

This role is responsible for:

  • Reception duties including greeting and assisting students, staff, faculty and visitors
  • Answering and handling incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner
  • General office administration including stationery management
  • Supporting management with appointment bookings
  • Creating a warm and welcoming environment

To be successful in this position, you will need to have:

  • A record of providing excellent customer service
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in an office administration, reception or customer service position
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A friendly face and a great attitude
  • A professional yet warm manner
