About the business and the role

We are seeking a motivated Office and Showroom Assistant who will support the sales team and offer exceptional customer service. A key part of this position is stock & inventory control and managing the dispatch of customer orders.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work with leading international fashion brands in our Grey Lynn office.
Job tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include -
- Stock & inventory control
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
- Assist with sales appointments - accounts & media
- Providing support to the NZ Sales Team
- Data Entry
Skills and experience
You will have excellent communication skills, superior attention to detail and strong organisation and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of MS excel & MS word. Previous experience in a fashion showroom environment is preferable but not essential.
