About the role
Our client is a well established, award winning promotional branding company who are market leaders in their field. They are looking for a temp to support the Account Managers during their busy period for up to 6 months.
What you would be doing
Working within the sales support team, this is a proactive, dynamic role where no day is the same. You'll be responsible for taking customer briefs, preparing quotes, sending the job to production through to liaising with customers on any job changes/progress. You must be organised, customer focused with a high attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Who we’re looking for
With lots going on at any given time, you'll be someone who loves a challenge and working in a fast paced environment. You must be able to multi task, think on your feet and be unafraid to ask questions. Each job is different and unique so you need to be technology savvy and use initiative when preparing quotes eg; google searching different suppliers, picking up the phone and inquiring on costs.
You will demonstrate an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and use of the internet, work well under pressure and enjoy working to deadlines.
Ideally you'll have experience in retail/customer service and sales or have worked in an environment where you've had to juggle 10 balls in the air simultaneously.
