Our client is leading the way in their industry and are rapidly growing! They are looking for another customer centric individual with who is self-motivated and driven to succeed to join their award winning team.
Being customer focused is crucial, and with ensuring customer satisfaction levels are maintained attention to detail is key as you deal with enquires efficiently and accurately. The way in which will connect and interact with customers can add variety to your day. Not only will you be answering calls, you will be responding to emails and engaging in live chat conversations. Written communication skills will be essential along with a professional telephone manner and verbal communication skills.
Key skills and experience we are looking for:
- Experience in a customer service position within professional environment
- Exposure to working in a compliant environment and working to strict criteria
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and using your initiative
- Tech savvy with sound computer skills and can pick new processes up quickly.
