Based within the purpose built Aquatic Centre, the St Peter’s Swimming Academy and St Peter’s Swim School delivers high quality programmes to over 1400 swimmers in a 10 lane, heated outdoor pool and 6 lane indoor heated pool.
We will be looking for someone who is a well organised, team player, with relevant experience working in a Swim Coaching environment. You will need to be an approachable, friendly and professional communicator, who can connect with both students and parents alike.
To be the successful candidate, you will need to:
- Have experience with working with children and adolescents from 8 – 14 years
- A strong swimming background is preferred
- Be a highly organised and motivated individual, with a strong emphasis on following children’s emergent interests
- Confident with strong communication skills, to interact openly and honestly with family, staff and children
- Committed, reliable, team orientated and well presented
- Display great customer service ethic
- Weekend work will also be required
