Are you wanting to further your career in the health and fitness industry? Or are you a previous manager from another industry with a passion for fitness? We require someone who has the determination, passion and initiative to run their own club, while also running a team of personal trainers, someone who is wanting to make a positive impact on the people around them and create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

We need someone who is outgoing, fun, reliable and has the drive to excel in the work role!

The following are required:

• Previous management and or leadership experience
• Ideally a track record of achieving targets/goals
• Customer service and sales experience
• First Aid Certificate and CPR (You can get this at a later stage if you don’t have it currently)
• Computer and Social media skills
• Excellent work ethic and organisational skills

• Be able to provide oversite and direction to staff regarding company’s promotions, policy’s and procedures
• Be able to motivate staff and create positive team and club culture/atmosphere
• Be able to create lead generation while driving memberships sales and increasing revenue.
