About the Role
There is a senior lifeguard position available within the Cameron Pools team, suited to people with Lifeguard experience. The positions will work around rostered shifts – approximately 36-40 hours per week. They will include a rostered mixture of opening and closing times during the weekdays and one weekend day. A key focus will be to oversee a team of lifeguards, ensuring the safety of staff and customers. You will of course also be part of the lifeguarding roster.
You will have a current Pool Lifeguard Practicing Certificate and First Aid Certificate and ideally you will be an experienced Lifeguard, however full training is provided for those who do not have experience but are interested in the role. Naturally you will also have the desire and ability to provide exceptional customer service and enjoy working as part of a team.
You will be passionate about making a difference to the community and will have the ability to work independently across all ages and cultures.
