Operations Manager
Our established horticultural company located in Gisborne is looking for an experienced and skilled Operations Manager.
We involved in growing and cultivating kiwifruit and are looking for someone who has previous experience in a managerial or supervisory level within the kiwifruit or horticultural industry to fill this Operations Manager position.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Previous managerial or supervisory relevant experience, ideally within the horticulture industry
- A related tertiary qualification in business, management or administration would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the horticulture industry, particularly kiwifruit, and associated health and safety regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage relationships with our clients and our staff
- Strong delegation and management skills
- Demonstrate pride, commitment, passion and dedication for your work and subsequent results
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
